Just spent an hour and a half chatting online and on the phone with five different agents to get my monthly internet bill lowered as it just increased by 12 bucks per month from 45 to 57. The offered promos were for 55/month. The first person I chatted with online said after 15 minutes they needed to forward me to “loyalty” to help me get a discount as I said the advertised discounts were not good enough. The next person I talked to only offered the advertised discounts, and I said not good enou
