“Staying at my job hoping for improvement.”
What Actually Happened
I was on a team that worked well together and evenly distributed our workload. No one was over to top dramatic and our supervisors always wanted us seeking professional development. The only issue was that I was an efficient worker who kept getting handed more work. They changed my title but never did anything besides my 3% annual raise.
Then we had a reorganization and I was thrown into another team. My new coworkers are workaholics who generally do 10-12 hours a day and talk causally about it
