“Wrote a program to solve a problem, but it kept timing out”
What Actually Happened
I was trying to solve a problem on a coding platform, but my program kept running into a timeout error. I spent hours trying to optimize it, but I couldn't figure out what was wrong. I ended up getting frustrated and giving up on the problem. I wish I had known about the importance of testing and debugging my code earlier. I would advise others to take their time and thoroughly test their code before submitting it to avoid frustration and disappointment.
