I made a zero-cost tofu press.

Tofu is cheap, healthy and delicious, so it's ironic that tofu presses cost a small fortune. The DIY versions are great, but they require purchase of the supplies. You actually don't need ANY of that!

Just keep the original plastic box from your previous cook. Open up new tofu box and squish it on top, weigh it down with a container of water, and let gravity handle the rest.
