“Not Unionized But Coworkers Sticking Together”

i work at a dispensary in NYS that’s been open 6 months. the management and owners have been terrible and like 2 months in we lost all staff except my manager and i. i decided to stay and help run the store because i was excited to be working in a dispensary.

once 4 new people got hired, things became easier for a little while and me and all my coworkers got really close. my manager, J, seemed to feel threatened by one of my coworkers, T, and started talking about him behind his back. J also s
