Considering visiting a local food bank

I'm struggling to make ends meet, barely affording rent, bills, and food. My job has no benefits, and I'm in debt with student loans. Going to the food bank feels like a last resort, but I'm not sure if it's selfish.

What I wish I knew
"I wish I had a stable job with benefits and a clear financial plan."
If I could tell you one thing
"Don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it, and explore all available resources before making a decision."

Clear regret.
The downsides outweighed what was gained.
