Lookback: 6 months since getting laid off

Struggling to get back into a role after being laid off, unsure about targeting mid-level roles due to low confidence

I've been applying to multiple positions, but still haven't had a second round interview. I'm working on beefing up my skills, but feel like I'm being outcompeted for entry-level roles and not skilled enough for senior/mid-level engineering roles

What I wish I knew
"I wish I had a stronger online presence and more relevant skills to showcase"
If I could tell you one thing
"Be honest about your strengths and weaknesses, and don't be afraid to take a step back and re-evaluate your career goals"
