Dropped out of 10th grade due to bullying and substance abuse

I was bullied in school and my substance abuse got out of control, leading me to drop out. This decision had severe consequences on my life, including a decline in mental health and relationships.

What I wish I knew
"I wish I had found support and ways to cope with bullying and substance abuse while still in school."
If I could tell you one thing
"Don't let bullying or substance abuse drive you to drop out of school. Seek help and support from trusted adults and resources."
