For those with a Woodmans nearby. The Trident Brand 20oz Alaska Salmon has 5 almost 6 servings in it. It is a super simple "splurge" meal for your family. Just put it on a bed of white rice and have a couple of different things to drizzle on it. Less than $2.50 a serving. (I couldn't post the link - no connection to Woodmans, just thought it was a good deal. I'm sure the brand is sold elsewhere as well.)
